Last Trip Home

On June 20th I went home and my friend Ryan went with me. We arrived at my parents sometime around 10pm. We played the Wii for a bit and then we were informed that my brother had ran over the irrigation water line and we had a Geyser outside our house. We finally got that taken care of and about the time we finished my dad was just getting home from working Swing Shift. We were all talking about getting up the next morning to go fishing when someone said let's just go tonight and sleep in the truck or on the beach. So at 12:30 we began loading up the truck. We left at 1:30 and arrived at Scofield Lake at about 2:30. We all got about 1-3 hours of sleep then we got up and fished for a bit and my dad caught one and nobody else did so we called it good and we were home by 9:30 ish. Then we took a 2 hour nap, and then we went swimming at Palisades. Then Ryan went to the Pageant and My Mom, Brother and Me went on a 4-wheeler ride at 10:30pm. It was so much fun, but I have been trying to make up for that very busy weekend all week. We all had a blast but it was also very busy!!

Summer

Well, just for an update. I am just working this summer and I am playing on a co-ed softball team. I am having a fun time. I love playing and my job is great, I get to play with kids for 4 hours a day and I get paid to do it!! It's great I love it!!! I am also spending plenty of time at my apartment complex pool, I think that has to be the greatest thing ever. I go just about everyday and bask in the sun. I soak up plenty of sun and water. I don't think I could ask for a better way to spend my time!! A couple of weeks ago me and some of my friends took a nice little hike. We hiked in the snow (and we didn't have snow shoes) it was pretty crazy but we had a lot of fun!! We climbed to the top of this Mountain!! It may not look to bad in the picture but it was very tall and straight up the whole way!! The hike took us about 5 hours. In the snow the whole time, yes we fell in the snow and I was soaking wet when we got back to the car!!

Job

I just wanted to tell everyone that I got a new job. I will be teaching 4th grade at Summit Academy in Draper Utah. I am so excited for it!! So I will be in Logan until the end of the summer and then I will move down that way!
