The post that some of you have been waiting for, that's right

LAMB DAY!!!!

Who's summer is complete without Lamb Day, I don't know but mine is not. I just love Lamb Day!!! The week started with softball games Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Ashly and I played on two different teams. I was on the green camo team and Ashly was on the white camo team. It was a lot of fun!!! On Friday we (me, Ashly, Kimball, Angel and Sharley ) went to the King of Country's concert, that is right GEORGE STRAIT!!! It was so much fun!!!! Then Saturday came and we went to the Parade and then McKay, Alyssa, Ashly and I played in the Volleyballtournament we played 9 games and by the end we were very tired. We had lots of fun. After we ate Lamb Sandwiches, watched the Lamb sell, and then that night Ashly and I played softball again. When it all came to an end, I played 2 games that night and our team took first place and each of us won a 12 pack of pop!!! Oh boy big prize!!!! We also watched the fireworks!!! They were great!!! I had so much fun but was for sure very tired at the end of the day!!! Thanks to all who make Lamb Day possible, I'm glad that I got to see all my old friends. HAPPY LAMB DAY!!!

summer

Well, I'm sorry that it has been awhile, I have been running around all over the state. I spent the 4th of July and the week before in Enterprise at my Aunt and Uncle's that was a blast. I discovered my summer job there. I was a nanny for a week!!! Ha ha don't get any ideas, I'm not a very good one because when they cry I turn them over and I don't do poop!!! Ha ha ha it was so fun though because I got to see Jamie and Jason and there 3 kids, and Troy and Sam and their little boy, also Angel and Felisha and their families. After that week I was home for 2 days and then we (Ashly, Kimball, McKay and Alyssa) went to Lagoon. We rode many rides and we got really wet. After I went up to Logan, and stayed with Sakerra and Rachel. Then Friday I we all went to Lava Hot Springs!!! It was so much fun!! We had 19 people on the trip. We camped and then we floated down the river. SO much fun!!! After I stayed in Logan until monday. While I was up there I stopped at this is the place and watched them move the trains it was awesome!!! So that is what I have been doing lately. Now we are going into LAMB DAY week and I am playing softball all week. Stay tuned for Lamb Day updates!! and pictures!!

I just want to say that I have the most amazing DAD!!! I love him so much and I am so glad for all that he does for me. He is there when I need him and he is always willing to help everyone. I am so glad that he is my dad. I just wanted to say

Lake Powell

Well, in my attempt to be better at blogging I am going to tell you about lake powell. We had so much fun the first day we just played on the lake the second day we did a little touring. We went up to Rainbow Bridge. That was really fun!! The third and fourth days we played a little and also went to Glen Canyon Dam and took the tour and had lots of fun. Then on saturday we were tired of the wind and sand in everything so we packed up and went into Kanab and spent the night in a hotel. It was really nice to take a shower and wash off some dirt. The whole trip was a lot of fun!! I'm so glad that we got to spend the week together.

Okay, so I know those of you who look at my blog often have noticed that it has been a while....okay a long time!!! I have been pretty busy lately and then I didn't have internet. BUT I do now!!!! YEAHOOOO!!!!! I am so happy to be able to get in touch with my friends and family. Well, lets see what has happened so far this year. Well, January McKay and Alyssa got married and then in Feb. it was just normal stuff, March we went camping out on the west desert and had a blast. April and May were just normal. Here are some pictures of things that have happened. I now have 2 days left of my first year of teaching!! I can't believe the time has come and gone so quickly. I hope all is well with everyone!!

Welcome New Year!!!

Wow, what a busy time of year!!! I love the holidays but man they sure make me tired!!! Let's see a quick review of 2008
January- I'm graduated and working full time between Literacy Aide and After School Club
Febuary- Bought a New Car
March- McKay get's home from his mission!!! Yeah!!!!
April-I get hired at Summit Academy in Draper for the 2008-09 school year
May-
June-
July- Attend Lamb Day and have a blast!!
August- move to American Fork and start working at Summit Academy
September- Start teaching 4th grade and feel a lot of stress
October- Move to Salt Lake and go to a halloween party as a East High Wildcat (GO High School Musical)!!!
November- McKay gets engaged and we have a wonderful Thanksgiving
December- Have 2 weeks off and visit Logan for New Years!!
I have had a very busy but wonderfully fun year!! I am loving teaching and all that is going on in my life. We had a very busy year!!! McKay will be getting married at the end of the month and I am so happy for them. I hope all is well with everyone else!!!

SORRY SORRY!!!!

Okay, okay so I know it has been awhile. Well, that is probably an understatement!! I have not had Internet except for at school and I just don't have time to sit down and write while I'm there. Well, somethings have changed and somethings have not. I'm still alive and surviving my first year of teaching. I love my job and the kids are good for the most part. Let's see some things that have changed are, I moved again!!! You would think that I like to move as often as I do such. But really I hate it. I am hoping that this time it is more permanent. I am living in SLC/Holiday area. So, far I'm enjoying it very much. I am still living with my sister and we have one other roommate. I'm finally starting to feel like I belong and that I'm settled in here. I love that feeling. Well, for now that is all the big updates stay tuned for more to follow!!
